- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆I took my watch in on the 16/08/18 as one of the hands had fell off and a baton wa missing(presumed in side the watch). I was rang in the 23/08/18 to inform me of the cost and if unwanted to proceed,I said this was fine,I rang again in the 13/09/18 as I still hasnt received my watch back and asked what was going on the man apologized and said he would chase it up. I rang again in the 6/10/18 as still no watch,it still wasnt back and once again they said they would chase it up. On the 13/10/18 i went into the shop and asked once again what was going on with my watch,the woman never even apologized,she said it normally only takes 2 weeks and couldnt understand why it wasnt back,she said she would chase it up and it would be back the next friday. I told her I wasnt happy with the service i had received that it was unacceptable and the watch better be back on friday. My watch was ready to collect on the 18/10/18,minus the baton and I still had to pay for the privilege. I feel under the circumstances they could of at least reduced the price i had to pay as it was very poor service due to the fact they didnt keep me informed and the fact that it took over 2 months to repair a watch that only needed the hand put on,a also they didnt appear bothered that it had taken so long to come back,all I got was he must have forgotten about its absolutely shocking service and I certainly wont be going back there again and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone else either.By nadordebigen, June 16, 2019
